Activities will be available in English, German, French , Italian, Dutch , Polish and Arabic. In some excursions you may be asked to choose which language you would prefer used during the activity.
Excursions.touringon.com is currently available in English, German, French , Italian, Dutch , Polish and Arabic. To change your language please go to the drop-down menu on the bottom Left hand side of the footer and select the one you want.
Once you have chosen your selected excursion, you will be taken to an excursion information page with full details. Click on “Book now” where you will be taken to the availability search section. You will need to click on the calendar to select the date of the activity and the number of participants – don´t forget to add the age per child. To complete the booking enter your personal and payment details – you can pay securely by credit and debit cards. You will then receive instant confirmation by email with your confirmation voucher.
No, you do not need to provide your passport details. For specific excursions requiring passport details, our excursions’ team will contact you then to send your passport details either by email or what’s app message.
Sometimes plans change – you can change the date of your activity and reduce the number or participants directly by accessing your booking under the “My booking” option. For any other changes please contact our Customer Support team. Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we cannot add people to your booking. We fully encrypt your payment details, so we cannot withdraw money from the account to add another person to your original booking. In this case we advise you make a separate booking for the same date, time and hotel pick up. If you try to change your activity when it is within the cancellation period, charges will apply.
As with adding people to bookings, we cannot take phone bookings due to security measures – we ensure that personal details and payment details remain safe. We will however assist you over the phone to help you complete your booking online.
You can cancel your activity directly by accessing your booking under the “My booking” option. Before proceeding to cancel the booking you will be presented with any cancellation costs. In all cases you will be prompted to confirm you wish to cancel the booking before we proceed to cancel it down.
Booking conditions can change due to unexpected circumstances. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. We will email you as soon as we are advised and let you know what you need to do and where to meet. If the alternatives are not suitable for you, we will cancel the booking and refund you via the same payment method you used to confirm the booking.
You won’t receive an E-Ticket to your home address – you’ll receive an E-Ticket via email immediately after booking which you need to print.
Alternatively, you can reprint your voucher by accessing “My Booking”. You will need to supply your reference number and email address used at the time of booking. If you do not have access to your emails in destination, please contact us with you booking information and the contact details of the place you will be staying. We will resend your confirmation voucher.
Booking online means your spaces for the trips will be reserved and organized, prior to your arrival.
All trips include collection and return to your hotel in an air conditioned vehicle.

Foreigners obtain visa before or upon arrival in Egypt valid for all excursions and activities in Egypt , with an exception to travelers arriving from abroad to Sharm El Sheikh, Dabab Nuweiba and Taba, so they can obtain either Egypt visa valid for all excursions all over Egypt , but they can also obtain the free visa called (the Gulf of Aqaba Stamp) valid only for excursions and activities run in Sharm El Sheikh, Dahab, Nuweiba, Taba and St. Catherine.
If you only get the free stamp (the Gulf of Aqaba Stamp) upon arrival at Sharm Airport, then, you still need to buy the Full Egypt visa at Sharm Airport upon your hotel pick up to the tour. Our representative will help you to amend the visa type at airport. Please note that visa fees are not included

Sure! Based on the types of attractions you like and the general ages of the people traveling with you, touringon can automatically select destinations suitable for you.
If you have an account, touringon automatically saves any excursion you searched while logged in. You can then access your excursions from other computers and mobile devices. When you're signed in, you can also share your excursions with others.
You can share excursions via Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, and email. Click the Share icon on the right side of the navigation bar and choose the platform—social media or email—that you want to share your excursions on.
Yes, When you create a custom activity on your calendar, you can attach notes to it. You can name the restaurant you want to eat at for lunch, add a link with information about the custom activity, write down an address, and much more. You'll also be able to see your custom activity notes in the List view of the ‘Day by Day’ tab.
